1 package (650 g) Flamingo BBQ Chicken Wings
1 package (250 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
30 ml (2 tbsp. ) lime or lemon juice
250 ml (1 cup) sour cream
2 cups (500 ml) salsa
½ cup fresh cilantro, minced
8 twigs of chive, minced
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
Cook wings according to instructions on packaging.
Prepare dip while wings are cooking.
Drain salsa in a sieve.
Place cheese and juice in a bowl and mix with a fork.
Add sour cream, drained salsa, cilantro, chive and pepper to this mix.
Mix thoroughly using a whisk.
