4 sprigs of fresh thyme or fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to broil.
Cut the vegetables in slices and mix in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet cover with foiled paper, oiled. Cook under the grill at broil for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut the country bread in 2 cm slices and brush with olive oil both sides. Spread on baking sheet and toast in the oven to make them crispy on one side. Turn the bread slices, then add cheese and grill to melt cheese.
Add shaved turkey and grilled vegetables. Cook in oven 1 minute.
Sprinkle freshly chopped herbs.
