- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil ((15 or 30 ml)and season.
- Preheat the barbecue or a grill-type frying pan over medium to high heat and cook the chicken breasts, turning once. Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes on each side, according to thickness.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook the onion in the oil (15 or 30 ml)over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining vegetables and the orange juice and zest. Pepper to taste. Reserve covered.
Serve the grilled chicken with the sauce, a side of rice and a green salad.
