Happy-Face Chicken Nuggets
Share the fun of preparing a meal with the kids by trying this recipe with them.
List of ingredients
- 12 Flamingo chicken nuggets
- 12 popsicle sticks or bamboo sticks
- 60ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
- 30ml (2 tablespoons) ketchup
- 15ml (1 tablespoon) honey
- Variety of vegetables (pepper, carrot, cucumber, radish, celery, etc.)
- Stringy cheese, in sticks or diced
- Stuffed olives, sliced
Preparation
- Cook the chicken nuggets according to package instructions.
- When the nuggets are thawed, insert the sticks in the nuggets and continue cooking.
- Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup and honey. Keep cool.
- Decorate the nuggets with the chosen garnish to make clowns, funny faces or animals. Give the garnish and the nuggets to the children so they can decorate them themselves.
- Serve immediately with dip.
