List of ingredients
4 Flamingo chicken Burgers
15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
1 clove of garlic, chopped
60 ml (1/4 cup) red onion, chopped
60 ml (1/4 cup) green pepper, diced
125 ml (1/2 cup) kernel corn
1 tomato, seeded and diced
2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) sugar
Hot pepper sauce to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
30 ml (2 tablespoons) fresh cilantro, chopped
4 cornbread or onion buns
4 lettuce leaves
Preparation
Cook the chicken burgers according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the garlic and onion.Add the pepper and corn and cook for 2 minutes.
Mix in the tomato, sugar and pepper sauce. Season and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Set aside.
Heat the buns, garnish with the hot chicken burgers, lettuce and salsa.
Serve with corn chips and guacamole.

This salsa is as delicious served cold. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve on hot burgers.
