Panini with Old Style Mustard Turkey, arugula and Brie

A French-inspired sandwich with Old style mustard turkey and brie cheese.

Shaved Cooked Turkey Old-Style Mustard

List of ingredients

  • 3 x 150 g packages of Shaved Turkey Old Style Mustard
  • 4 Panini buns
  • 200 g Brie cheese, sliced
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) extra virgin olive oil
  • 85 g of baby arugula
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) Old style Dijon mustard
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) liquid honey
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) mayonnaise
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven panini or BBQ to broil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey and mayonnaise. Pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the Panini buns in half and spread inside with sauce.
  4. Add cheese, arugula and shaved turkey in each Panini.
  5. Brush outside of buns with olive oil.
  6. Grill until cheese has melted.
