Panini with Old Style Mustard Turkey, arugula and Brie
A French-inspired sandwich with Old style mustard turkey and brie cheese.

List of ingredients
3 x 150 g packages of Shaved Turkey Old Style Mustard
4 Panini buns
200 g Brie cheese, sliced
15 ml (1 tablespoon) extra virgin olive oil
85 g of baby arugula
60 ml (4 tablespoons) Old style Dijon mustard
30 ml (2 tablespoons) liquid honey
30 ml (2 tablespoons) mayonnaise
Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven panini or BBQ to broil.
In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey and mayonnaise. Pepper to taste.
Cut the Panini buns in half and spread inside with sauce.
Add cheese, arugula and shaved turkey in each Panini.
Brush outside of buns with olive oil.
Grill until cheese has melted.
