Smoked meat Sandwich with Turkey, Mustard and Emmental Cheese
A healthier version of traditional Smoked Meat sandwich!

2 x 175 g packages of Shaved Turkey Smoked Meat Style
8 slices of rye bread
250 g of Emmental cheese, sliced
30 ml (2 tablespoons) Dijon mustard
30 ml (2 tablespoons) American-style prepared mustard
8 mini dill pickled cucumbers
Preparation
Warm the rye bread and shaved turkey in microwave oven.
Spread mixed mustards on rye bread slices.
Add sliced Emmental cheese and shaved turkey. Cut each sandwich in half.
Serve with mini dill pickled cucumbers.
Tip
from the chef
For a complete meal, serve with a coleslaw salad.
For a gluten-free diet, use bread made from buckwheat for example!
