List of ingredients
1 package (650 g) Flamingo Spicy and Crispy Chicken Wings
60 ml (¼ cup) poultry broth
60 ml (¼ cup) sugar
45 ml (3 tbsp.) soy sauce
45 ml (3 tbsp.) rice vinegar
30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh ginger, finely minced
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
10 ml (2 tsp.) corn starch
10 ml (2 tsp,) sesame seed oil
30 ml (2 tbsp.) oyster sauce
30 ml (2 tbsp.) ketchup
Crushed chili, to taste
Preparation
Cook wings according to instructions on packaging.
Prepare dip while wings are cooking.
In a bowl, dilute corn starch with soy sauce, sesame seed oil and rice vinegar, then add crushed chili to taste.
In a pan, bring broth and sugar to boil.
Lower heat, add garlic and ginger and cook for two minutes.
Add oyster sauce and ketchup, mix with whisk and bring to boil.
Lower heat, add corn starch mix and simmer while stirring until sauce becomes syrupy.

For a complete meal, serve this dish garnished with minced green onion on a bed of basmati rice.
