- 1/4 c. (60 ml) chopped mint
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) ketchup
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 lime, for the juice
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) water
