  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) garlic puree
  • 1 C. (15 mL) ginger puree
  • 1/4 t. (60 ml) chopped mint
  • 1/4 t. (60 ml) sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. (30 mL) ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) fish sauce
  • 1/2 c. chili flakes
  • 1 lime, for the juice
  • 1/4 t. (60 ml) water

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
