Recipe Pesto yogurt sauce

- 1/2 c. (125 ml) sour cream
- 1/2 c. (125 ml) plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1/3 c. (85 ml) basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 c. (7.5 ml) garlic puree
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) dried mint, crumbled
- 1/2 lemon, for zest and juice
- Salt and pepper
