  • 1/2 t. (125 ml) sour cream
  • 1/2 t. (125 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 C. (15 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 t. (85 ml) basil pesto (homemade or commercial)
  • 1/2 c. (7.5 mL) garlic puree
  • 1 C. (15 mL) dried mint, crumbled
  • 1/2 lemon, for zest and juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
