Recipe Pesto yogurt sauce

- 1/2 t. (125 ml) sour cream
- 1/2 t. (125 ml) plain yogurt
- 1 C. (15 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1/3 t. (85 ml) basil pesto (homemade or commercial)
- 1/2 c. (7.5 mL) garlic puree
- 1 C. (15 mL) dried mint, crumbled
- 1/2 lemon, for zest and juice
- Salt and pepper
