Pesto yogurt sauce

List of ingredients

  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) sour cream
  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 c. (85 ml) basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 c. (7.5 ml) garlic puree
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) dried mint, crumbled
  • 1/2 lemon, for zest and juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
