List of ingredients

  • 1 package (10 x 50 g) Flamingo Chicken Souvlaki
  • 300 ml tzatziki sauce

 

Grilled Vegetables

  • 2 green zucchini, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 red bell pepper, quartered
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 15 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
  • ½ tsp. rosemary
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat barbecue on high setting.
  2. In a bowl, combine vegetables, olive oil and rosemary. Add salt and pepper, ensuring that all vegetables are thoroughly coated.
  3. Cook on barbecue until vegetables are browned. Cut in strips when cooked.
  4. Grill chicken souvlaki and serve with grilled vegetables and tzatziki.

  • To make cooking easier, assemble vegetables on skewers before grilling.
