Shaved Smoked Turkey Black Forest

List of ingredients

  • 1 x 500 g or 3 x 175 g packages of Flamingo Shaved Black Forest Turkey
  • 4 sesame bagels
  • 200 g of homemade sauerkraut or store-bought
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) old style Dijon mustard
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) butter, room temperature
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix mustard with butter. Pepper to taste.
  2. Cut the bagels in half, toast them and then brush inside with mustard and butter mix.
  3. Warm the sauerkraut in microwave oven.
  4. Garnish each bagel shaved turkey and sauerkraut.
