1 c. (250 ml) sour cream
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped (canned)
2 tbsp. (30 ml) adobo sauce (canned)
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. (15 ml) lemon juice
1 tsp. (5 ml) liquid honey
3 drops of liquid smoke
1/4 c. (60 ml) fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
For a smoother texture, spend a few knock with the bottom of the blender.
