1/2 c. (125 ml) sour cream
1 tbsp. (15 ml) Dijon mustard
1/3 c. (85 ml) basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
1/2 c. (7.5 ml) garlic puree
1 tbsp. (15 ml) dried mint, crumbled
1/2 lemon, for zest and juice
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
