2 tbsp. (30 ml) garlic puree
1 tbsp. (15 ml) ginger puree
1/4 c. (60 ml) chopped mint
1/4 c. (60 ml) sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp. (30 ml) ketchup
2 tbsp. (30 ml) fish sauce
1/2 tsp. chili flakes
1 lime, for the juice
1/4 c. (60 ml) water
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
