125 g blue cheese
3/4 c. (85 ml) fresh cream
1/4 c. (60 ml) buttermilk
1 tbsp. (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. (5 ml) maple syrup
2 tbsp. (30 ml) finely chopped onion
1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork, crushing the cheese crumbs.
Keep refridgerated.
For a smoother texture, give some kick-blender.
