1 c. (250 ml) apricot spread (store-bought)
1/4 c. (60 ml) seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp. (15 ml) lime juice
1 tbsp. (15 ml) grated ginger
1 tsp. (5 ml) tamari sauce
1 tsp. (5 ml) sriracha sauce
salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
For a smoother texture, give some kick-blender.
