List of ingredients

  • 1 package (650 g) Flamingo BBQ Chicken Wings
  • 1 package (250 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp. ) lime or lemon juice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream
  • 2 cups (500 ml) salsa
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, minced
  • 8 twigs of chive, minced
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. Cook wings according to instructions on packaging.
  2. Prepare dip while wings are cooking.
  3. Drain salsa in a sieve.
  4. Place cheese and juice in a bowl and mix with a fork.
  5. Add sour cream, drained salsa, cilantro, chive and pepper to this mix.
  6. Mix thoroughly using a whisk.
