- 1 c. (250 ml) apricot spread (store-bought)
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) lime juice
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) grated ginger
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) tamari sauce
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) sriracha sauce
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- For a smoother texture, give some kick-blender.
