Recipe Blue cheese dip

  • 125 g blue cheese
  • 3/4 c. (85 ml) fresh cream
  • 1/4 c. (60 ml) buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. (5 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) finely chopped onion
  • 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork, crushing the cheese crumbs.
  2. Keep refridgerated.
  3. For a smoother texture, give some kick-blender.
