Recipe Blue cheese dip

- 125 g blue cheese
- 3/4 c. (85 ml) fresh cream
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) buttermilk
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. (5 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) finely chopped onion
- 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork, crushing the cheese crumbs.
- Keep refridgerated.
- For a smoother texture, give some kick-blender.
